ABOUT THE DISTRICT

In 2016, property owners in the northern Campus District came together to establish a special improvement district (SID) to promote safety, growth, and vitality in our neighborhood.

In 2017 the Superior Arts Improvement Corporation was created to manage assessment dollars paid by property owners in the new Superior Arts Improvement District.

These dollars help fund clean and safe services in the district such as graffiti removal, safety escorts, litter removal, and additional off-duty officers, as well as business development and neighborhood marketing services.
