What excites you about the Campus District neighborhood?

The overall economic growth potential given its connection to downtown and the Theater District, great real estate assets, campus life, and ease of access to the Innerbelt.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

Providing capital for the rehabilitation of historic buildings around the country gives me the opportunity to visit great communities. Working with owners and developers allows me to participate directly in transformational change, many times bringing back to life assets that time has left to decay. Each project we are involved in seems to be a catalyst for more development, more opportunity, and more growth. Every project presents new opportunities and makes every day a new challenge and a new learning experience.
