CrossFit Cle provides a different program each week that has different challenges and stimulus that will keep improving your skills and abilities. CrossFit Cle has an incredibly knowledgeable staff that will help you adapt the workouts and movements to maximize your benefits. Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Friday 5:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday 9:00 to 12:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Free Drop-in Class is on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Drop in rates are $20 for one day, $30 for two days, and $40 for the week.

Cross Fit Six City (2345 St. Clair Ave)
CrossFit Sixth City is the brain-child of two passionate and dedicated fitness coaches committed to helping the residents of Cleveland lead healthier lives through a no BS approach to training. CSC is committed to providing its members with the very best in programming, led by coaches trained for results and driven by the success of their athletes. CSC is a strength and conditioning facility for adults. There programs utilize a wide range of fitness techniques and movement modalities to help members achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
Prices vary depending on program. Students receive 20% off. You can try CrossFit for free with a one-time drop in class, which they recommend on Sundays.
Hours: Monday-Sunday 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Lunch workout is from 11:30 AM to 12: PM for $99 a month. CityFit is Monday to Friday at 6:30 PM CrossFit training program focuses on constantly varied movement to produce results. Unlike the other CrossFit training programs, CityFit does not utilize barbell movements as a primary mechanism for increasing strength.

Campus recreation is more than just exercise. CSU Campus Recreation Services is dedicated to providing an inclusive and comprehensive collection of programs and services that promote health, wellness, and leisure. Recreation & Wellness Center
Community Members: Memberships are available for $100 a year, however discounts are provided for neighboring residents and during the summer. The Community Members have access to the fitness center and pool.
Additional Community Services: Writing Center; Career Center; Cleveland Library on the Metropolitan Campus.
Additional fees provide access to the wellness programs, education programs, health assessments, and more!
