
Celebrity chefs grab all the buzz. But it takes a lot of cooks to make those stars shine — and of course, luminaries and troops rise from somewhere.

Tri-C’s hospitality management and culinary arts program is drawing growing attention for its presence on Public Square in downtown Cleveland. It’s also right next door to chef-restaurateur Brandt Evans’ Pura Vida, one of the city’s hot new restaurants, in the Tri-C buildings that house the hospitality management program.
