SPARX and PARKing Day in the Campus District

The Campus District on September 29, 2015 - 7:59 am in Features, Live, Play

SPARX City Hop’s Blue Line came through the Superior Arts District on September 19th, showcasing the neighborhood’s artists to both residents and visitors. SPARX trolleys stopped at the Tower Press Building, the ArtCraft Building, and Asia Town Center as artists opened their galleries to the public.

Campus District, Inc. also participated with its PARKing Day event, hosting lawn games sponsored by neighborhood social service agencies and food trucks outside of the Tower Press and ArtCraft Buildings. SPARX and PARKing Day participants braved the rainy weather and were able to enjoy all that the Superior Arts District has to offer.

Thank you to Downtown Cleveland Alliance for their great event and assistance with PARKing Day, to Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry and Catholic Charities – Bishop Cosgrove Center for sponsoring games, to all volunteers who helped with the events, and to everyone who came out in the rain to visit the Superior Arts District!
