“You can’t judge the Campus District’s buildings by its bricks. Hidden in 13 of the old manufacturing buildings along Superior Avenue are the working studios of City Artists at Work, a nonprofit organization made up of 60 to 80 artists who have showcased their artwork for the past 12 years. Stop by any of the high-ceiling studios to sneak a peek at unfinished work, chat with the artists, learn how to throw a pot on a wheel in a ceramics demonstration or design your own greeting card in a hands-on station.
Opportunities to visit the artists are happening all year long, including spring and fall open studios and a holiday art sale in December.”
