Lakefront Connector Plan Approved by Cleveland City Planning Commission

Last Friday the Cleveland City Planning Commission unanimously adopted the the Eastside Lakefront Greenway and Connector Plan presented by Bobbi Reichtell, Executive Director of the Campus District and Michelle Johnson, director at Environmental Design Group (EDG). The plan, which was funded by a TLCI grant from the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) and the Cleveland Planning Department, was a joint effort between the Warehouse District, Campus District, St. Clair Superior Development Corporation (SCSDC) and the Cleveland Planning Department. It proposes 8+ miles of trail with bridges to link the Campus District and St. Clair Superior neighborhoods to the trails.  Read more about this plan in Steve Litt’s article in the Plain Dealer here.
