Building Plans for CSU’s Film School!
Plans for the School of Film, Television and Interactive Media were announced in April 2016.
According to an email from William Dube, director of communications and media relations for Cleveland State, a new partnership with public television and radio organization ideastream was announced at the university’s board meeting on March 30. The two parties will create what Dube called “a state-of-the-art educational facility and learning laboratory” in the Idea Center studio in Playhouse Square.
The facility will include teaching laboratories, editing bays, smart classrooms and more, the email stated. Additionally, students will be able to use ideastream’s sound stage and production bays.”
